Maître Didier MALLEGOL

Associate notary

Graduate of the Advanced Notarial Diploma from the Faculty of Law in Rennes.

University graduate in Wealth Management from the Faculty of Law in Clermont-Ferrand.

After completing his university studies in Brest and then Rennes, he became a notary in the Côtes-d’Armor region of Brittany at the end of 1998, before moving to the French Riviera in 2006 to the Beausoleil office, adjacent to the Principality of Monaco.

He will welcome you at the Beausoleil office.

Maître Gérald MAZZA

Associate notary

Graduate of the Advanced Notarial Diploma from the Faculty of Aix-Marseille.

After training as a notarial assistant in a law firm in Nice, he established himself as a notary associate in November 2014 following a collaboration with Me Didier MALLEGOL.

Gérald speaks fluent English and will welcome you at the Beausoleil office

Maître Damien TRAN

Associate notary

Parisian by origin, Maître Damien Tran has been established in our region for over 25 years now.

He studied in Paris and Nice to obtain the Higher Diploma in Notarial Studies (D.S.N) at the Faculty of Aix-En-Provence.

He was trained in notarial offices in Nice. He then continued his clerkship within our notarial office in Beausoleil. He was also one of the main collaborators of a Monegasque notary for several years.

It was in 2017 that he joined his current partners in Beausoleil. In 2018, he was appointed notary in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

Maître Tran brings his experience and expertise.

Thanks to his responsiveness, availability, and skills, he has gained the trust of numerous real estate and banking operators, both nationally and internationally.

He continues to support many families, residents and non-residents in France, in their investment projects and the transmission of their French heritage.

He will advise you on real estate law, tax law, international law, and family law.

Maître Tran speaks English fluently. His collaborators also speak Italian.
